Increaseo is full-service digital agency based on the Central Coast of NSW working with a diverse range of companies, both small and large, local and international. We pride ourselves on having a very solid knowledge of the digital landscape.

In addition to our client work, we also own and operate a number of websites including SurfCareers.com and Baliwaves.com, both of which have significant social media followings.


We would be looking for people who have experience working across the following areas:

  • Facebook ad campaign setup, ongoing management, and client reporting.
  • Developing ad strategy, creative and copy.
  • Providing advice to clients on Social Media strategies across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.
  • Providing advice on Landing Page optimisation.
  • Implementing Tracking via GTM.
  • Working with our Google SEM consultants and clients in an Account Management capacity.
  • Analysing data and trends from various online media networks.
  • Optimising campaigns to meet performance KPI’s.
  • Assisting in pre-sales and participating in digital media strategy proposals.
  • Developing content marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing cost-effectiveness of client social marketing spending.
  • Exploring new digital marketing methods or new ideas.
  • Content scheduling across our social media properties Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr.
  • Community management, replying to comments, initiating discussions and keeping communities engaged.
  • Ongoing content planning and creation.
  • Degree in Marketing / Communications and looking to further your career in digital and social media.
  • A passion for digital marketing with a minimum of 2-3 years in the digital industry (agency or in-house).
  • An understanding of all aspects of the paid advertising networks within Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and an up to date understanding of the Instagram and Pinterest ad products.
  • Lead generation experience in Display (Facebook, LinkedIn), Search (Google) and content marketing.
  • Ability to handle budgets and deliver KPI targets.
  • High-level of proficiency with data analysis and campaign optimisations.
  • An understanding of developing and optimising landing pages for lead-gen.
  • Previous Community Management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about self-education and professional development.
  • Highly organised, proactive and dynamic.
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for reporting and insights.
  • Be comfortable liaising with clients.
  • A high attention to detail and focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • We work in a relaxed open office environment.
  • Opportunity to learn, create and experiment with ideas.
  • We are based in Erina on the Central Coast, so no daily commute to Sydney.
  • We still get down to Sydney for client meetings.
  • Early-mark Fridays, we aim to be finished our work and out the door by 3 pm on Fridays.
  • For the past number of years, we have spent a week on the Gold Coast hanging out at the Quiksilver Pro and fitting in work & surf between heats.
