Challenge:
BodyTechnics is a mobile car repair service on the Central Coast. They are a local family owned business with over 25 years experience. They offer a mobile repair service for dented or scratched motor vehicles.

Body Technics approached Increaseo to improve the performance of their Google Ads campaigns. They were using Smart Campaigns and weren’t seeing a good return on their investment. They wanted to generate more qualified leads. The KPI that they set was 5 leads per week.

Solution:
We analysed Body Technic’s existing campaigns and took the learnings from them to inform our research. We then conducted extensive keyword, competitor and market research to create new campaigns.

We followed our proven research and data based SEM approach by conducting initial keyword research in consultation with our client. We then built focused campaigns with multiple ad groups to cover relevant keywords and all service offerings. The aim was to drive leads whilst keeping cost per click down. We have continued to optimise the campaigns to ensure that they continue to run efficiently and cost effectively.

Outcome:
Within the first months of the Body Technics SEM Google ads campaign being launched it was generating in excess of 50 leads per month at a reasonable cost. A huge improvement on the performance of their Smart Campaigns, and well above their 5 leads per week KPI. The campaign has continued to perform well with ongoing optimisation..
